Caesar Salad with «Füürtüfel» Grill Cheese

Fresh radishes, juicy tomato cubes, crisp lettuce, and aromatic garden cress round off the salad perfectly – and of course, «Der scharfe Maxx» crowns it all. But be warned: Once you’ve had one bite, you’ll never want to enjoy your Caesar salad any other way!

Ingredients

serves 4 Personen
Salad Dressing
4 piece(s) egg yolks
1 tsp. horseradish
2 piece(s) anchovies
1 tsp. mustard
2 dl vinegar
1 piece(s) lime
50 g «Der scharfe Maxx»
1 piece(s) lemon zest
50 ml white wine
4 dl sunflower oild
salt and pepper
«Füürtüfel» Grill Cheese
Salad
1 bundle chives
4 piece(s) radishes, sliced
2 piece(s) tomatoes, diced
2 piece(s) lettuce (inner leaves only)
1 pack(s) gardes cress
«Der scharfe Maxx», shaved

Preparation

  1. Salad Dressing

    Mix well and blend with sunflower oil until smooth.

  2. «Füürtüfel» Grill Cheese

    Slowly grill on a griddle until golden brown.

  3. Salad

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss with the dressing.
