Fine Thurgau cheese

«Bodenseekäse» (Lake Constance Cheese) is a particularly fine, mild, aromatic cheese. It is made with raw milk and matured for around six weeks. The name evokes the lush meadows of the Lake Constance region. Cheese connoisseurs prize «Bodenseekäse» as a specialty on any cheeseboard, as a favourite dessert cheese or as a basis for cold dishes.
